Air and water cooler

I have an air and water ice maker and water cooler...I picked up the unit the other day to clean the floor around it and now its not making the ice properly anymore...just little flying saucer shapes...before that it was making giant ear plug shaped ice....I looked at the manual but there was no trouble shoot for this...any help would be greatly appreciated...This is the model I have

Do you recall exactly what unit you have? How long has it been since your last filter change? It could be anything from damage caused by the unit hitting the ground to a simple filter change.
