Forum Feedback???

Why is there not a forum for leaving feedback on Reefland? I don't mean a seller or vendor feedback forum, I mean a forum particular for leaving feedback or asking questions ABOUT Reefland? For instance, I'd like to ask if there's a way to collapse the ChatBox, so it's not always seen? It's particular annoying to have to scroll past it every time I come to the forum?
