Ok I'm in. Retired Navy Chief. Now civil service performing Self Defense Missile Test and Evaluation and training our sailors. Basically get to go out to sea and shoot off a lot of missiles. The FUN stuff.

Emergency Room RN
I work 3 twelve hour shifts (swing shift) and it keeps me pretty busy but I always try to find time for my tank!!!!  It helps me relax!

Inside sales / customer service rep. I sale material handling equipment (casters, conveyor, pallet rack, shelving, dock levelers, scissor lifts, etc) Anything to put in a warehouse or workplace making it more efficient.

I am the dept Mgr of reptiles and aquatic for the Pet chain that everyone seems to hate hehhehe PetCo. Plus Im a new father to a 60 Lb female English Bull I will attach a pic. She doesnt do all that cool police stuff just snorts farts and snored but I love her hehehhe Jeff

I LOVE PUGS! Our admin just got a puppy -- about 12 weeks old. She is Princess Fiona (ala Shrek) K9 -- I'm not a huge "big dog" person, but Malinois are one of the few bigger ones I would own (yes, she looks especially vicious in that pic! ), the other being a Bouvier (I love their faces...)Gene, We all want to be YOU -- staying at home playing with kids and critters all day long! Yea yea been awhile....... Stang69 how's things? Anyway I am a Lineman for SBC. Forthose that don't know its the local Telephone company in about 11 states. Basicaly I climb poles all day to make sure we can all be on RL without interuptions.

Well 2 jobs... but the 1st job supports the 2nd job... ??? huh??? During the day I work as a Software Engineer for a high tech company making software run faster and during night time a family man and cleaning tanks or fragging. Thank god for Starbucks being so close.
Jeff, I still visit Petco. My cockers love to watch the mouse run around in the tanks.

I'm a service rep for SBC you know the one that says you really DID make 400 *69 calls at .95 cents each... or the one that has to tell you that your Tennage son DID in fact call that 900/976 number for 93 minutes at 1.95 per minute... Heres another good one... Why is my phone not working? I look at the account and see we haven't been paid since APRIL... Well Ma'am we haven't recieved a payment since April.... WHAT YOU TURNED MY PHONE OFF????!!!! %#&*$ #$*&()#@$ %#*)_$*_@ Or my personal favorite... That you are a MORON for setting the computer up to dial 10-10-XXX b4 connecting to the internet... Yup some guy REALLY did that and then wanted to deny all 1473.56 dollars worth of LONG DISTANCE!!! I'm sure you Police Officers know how STUPID some people can be, but sometimes I get calls from people and wonder how they wake up in the morning... But then there are VERY nice people that call in to... the ones that are down on there luck or just lost a loved one and need a shoulder to cry on... You'd be surprised what people tell a perfect stranger on the other end of the phone... by the way if you call your local Phone company for a question on the bill... Be NICE and the rep will ALMOST ALWAYS ADJUST THE BILL... but if you are NOT NICE then why should I help? Just my .02 Of course we really can't tell people how silly they are to their face but sometimes we just laugh and laugh about the things people come up with... Plus this Job gives me plenty of time to read Reefland on the net Mike Oh yeah here are my "girls" Centauri is the german mix and Raja is a German lab mix (blonde one) they are playing in my backyard here... Reason I ask is that with the new LD in Illinoise I need to change my package to the Total Connections and am quite tired of dealing with most of the service reps. Maybe I can call you direct. Sorry, I work for the company and have delt quite a bit with most departments and have had nothing but trouble from the customer service type dept. Consessions? What are consessions? Thanks, Chris |
