Those are some great pictures Gene and your granddaughter is a doll! I really like the 2nd picture in your 2nd post.

Our day didn't get started until about 1pm EST; night shift takes it's toll on you even on the weekends. We played some Game Show Network interactive and then I grilled out hamburgers and chicken breast on the grill for Michelle, my brother and neice and myself. We just not got done cleaning up (ok, Michelle still is) and beyond that, have no plans to do anything; back to work tomorrow.

Yes, Sundays are slow down days for us as well.We actually waiting for out friends to come so we can have dinner. My wife rosted couple of ducks yesterday and we going to finish last one today I peeled and crushed garlic all evening Friday for the preparations...this should count as help, right?
I invited Ninong to come for dinner but he said he can't leave his tank

I took quite a few pics in that park but posted just a few,I have some really nice pics of a cottage in that park( I really would like to have one of this )

She seems to be getting bigger and bigger by day. I remember the first time I saw her she could hardly walk.

Hey I went to Central Park yesterday... seeing as I just moved up here where is Colonial park? Those are some nice pics, I especially like the close ups of the flowers and what not. Here since we are sharing pics of the park I thought I'd contribute as well.

Hopefully they attatched, but these are some of my favorites from around Literary Walk.

gene,

GREAT PICS!!!

I like the one of your granddaughter playing hide n seek from behind that big old log! But the floral shots are really amazing. The colors on those roses are so vibrant. Nice to have one last chance at summer this weekend, huh??

Rebecca,

Thanks! It was a great ,almost summer like day and iven breef shower did not spoil it.

Henry,
Colonial park is in Somerset County,NJ and roughly 15min from my house.
Thanks for sharing your pics from the Central park, they are very, very nice.
If you are interested in visiting Colonial park PM me and I'll give you directions. it is a very nice park and is very kids oriented with playgrounds galore
I unfortunately didn't get to this park when its rose garden was in full bloom,it is really beautiful and fragrant. I took some shots of what's left

Nah... .he shot almost exclusively in black and white. I like to see color photography if I'm just looking at pictures (not "art").

I do agree though ---you definitely have that camera "down". Makes a girl think that she may need to add to her gadget collection..... although I am virtually hopeless at photography.

I thought we might have summer all year this year but today changed my thinking. Sunday the temperature was 70 degrees, today's high was 40 with low's below freezing.

Regards,
Scott Z.
