Vacation pics!

Ok, I waited and waited and finally got all the pics proccessed and want to share some of them with you.
My family and I went for a week down to Jersey shore last week and while there we had some things happening that we weren't expecting at all.
First, I've beacome a grandfather for the third time and secondly, we had remnants of hurricane Jeanne pass through which was pretty exiting to see in person. Not much damage was done to the shoreline and basically it was just whole lot of wind and some large waves but the ocean stayed put this time
Well, here are some pics, first some pics of the ocean when it is calm and beautiful...

And now some pics when nature decided to get serious and show us a glimpse of what it can do... I also wanted to add picture of my 30 month old granddaughter trying to brave the winds and one picture of the ship that run aground in the evening during the storm.

And finally, the picture of my newborn granddaughter Emily Faith and some random shots of the beach after the storm...some spoils of the sea and such.

Thanks,Scott. She's such a brave soul that girl. winds were getting quite strong that day, 35-40 ml/hr and she just stood there and watched the sea getting meaner and meaner.

And who would be taking those pictures? I was helping with the castle but unfortunately she kept stepping on it to see how it would crumble

Michelle, thank you! I had two of my, now "older" granddaughters with me and it was lots of fun to hang with them on the beach and buying them pizza and all that stuff. Here is a pic of both of them resting after a long day and watching some cartoonies.
