Found these locally

I have an eye for well things that I like. I found these locally and the guy was just going to throw them away so I jumped on the opportunity to take them. They are hand painted on felt and absolutely beautiful in person. I need to clean them up a little but don't really know how to without messing up the painting. They may be worth nothing but I'm going to hang them above my 75 when it's up and running. If you can help me identify the artist if possible I'd be grateful.

If you post there try to get a macro of the signiture also what its painted on, painted with (if you know) and what its condition is
