Do you breakdance when the rap is playing?

I like some older-new rock. I like Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, some older but only the soft Metallic, Aerosmith, Def Leppard, etc. Michelle likes country and there are actually some songs that I like but couldn't begin to tell you who the artist is.

LOL...Ok you got me Scott....yes I did some break dancing in my younger days. But I dont think theres enuff $$ in the world to get me to even try to do it now

STP and Pearl Jam definately good bands....Aerosmith is a given too!

LOL its funny how you mention Michelle liking country cuz I listened to VERY little country until I met my wife. It really did grow on me, from her of course, but I do enjoy it more now.

Since they are touring, is Motley Crew safe to add to the list?

A: listed Black Crowes as "Older stuff" I was almost out of high school when they came around.

they basically took their money and ran - Chris Robinson has a New Project called 'Chris Robinson and the New Earth Mud' that's a pretty good band - i've seen them twice - (their Keyboardist - Rob Barraco - toured with the dead in 2003)

I saw the black crowes when they opened for Robert PLant years ago..

interestingly enough - THe Black Crowes are playing at Bonnaroo this year.

www.bonnaroo.com - I went the 1st three years - it's gotten to big and crowded for me now.. besides - I'm planning a wedding.

I think Chris and Rich Robinson had some differences...it happens. Band officially went "on hiatus" a few years ago. But I heard recently that they might be getting back together. Bioman just confirmed it since they are playing at Bonaroo.

Don't feel bad, I was almost out of HS when their first album came out too. I was torn whether to put them under old or new, but since they had broken up, and since their older stuff (Shake Your Moneymaker, Southern Harmony) was their best IMO, I put 'em in older.

I saw them in concert when I was in college once.

Yeah, I should've listed them too. I've seen them in concert twice and they were great. Steven Tyler is amazing.

Well I"m a music buff so my list will be pretty long as well as varied.
You can learn a lot about someone just by flipping through their cd case.
I'll also list some noteworthy songs

#1 has to be Incubus - Sick Sad Little World
Radiohead - Fake Plastic Trees
Him
Kmk - Positive Vibes
Coldplay
Phish
Jack Johnson
Ween
Pink Floyd
Archive - Again
Led Zepplin - Stairway to Heaven
Allman Bros band - Melissa
Older metallica
Aerosmith - Dream on
A perfect circle
Ben Harper
Bob Marley
Bone Thugs N Harmony
Hank Williams Jr. - Family Tradition
Enya
Dido......I know I know those last two aren't very masculine but dangit they have some meanig behind em.
Pearl Jam - Betterman
Nirvana
I like a lot of country but I wouldn't say I have a favorite just one or two songs from certain people.
There are some rap artists that have some meaning but I don't have many favs from that genre.
Linkin Park - My December
311 - Love Song
Blue man group - Saw their show live in Vegas....gawd I'd recommend that to anyone and I'd would see them as many times as I could
Finch - New Kid
Aldo Nova......remember them?

Thats a start but I could fill up this forums server space with this list.

I like your style Charlie!

I downloaded the first show I ever saw the other day - 04/01/90 (omni, ATl, GA) Second set has this really sick Hey Jude Chorus into Dear Mr Fantasy...(or maybe it's the other way around)

Did you catch the PAF shows at the warfield right before Christmas?> I've got those too - REally crazy stuff.
