Wink

I'm using it now and it's not doing a thing exept for turning the water blue. I have to say it's doing a great job at turning the water blue.

You can also try adding salt to bring up the salinity to 2 ppt. You have to have a refractometer though to monitor the dosage.

First it's a freshwater tank. Second I don't have a refractometer.

That is a treatment for freshwater Ich. Raising the salt level kills the parsite, but doesn't bother the fish.

It would take a refractometer to measure that level of salt in your water. I would suggest setting up a small temporary 10 gallon tank and asking a local store (whom uses a refractometer) to mix up 10 gallos of water for your with a salinity of 2ppt and put it within the new 10 gallon tank for treatment.

It looks like you (your fish) may have a simultaneous bacterial or fungal infection as well. I would try something like Furan-2, Fungus Eliminator, or Furanase (not all three) along with the Nox-Ich and see if they does not make the fish better.

Two ppt would be 2 grams per liter. That's 7.5 grams (0.265 oz) per gallon.
