RC down?
I haven't been able to get on RC all day. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

No I can access it just fine. If I recall I think they went through an IP change and it may take a while for it to populate across the net. Not sure if this is your problem or not though.

I don't know if it's my network here at home or what. I've tried on my laptop and desktop and it just goes straight to the search page. When I search for it the link comes up but isn't going through. I may reset my modem.
Any other ideas?

My only thought is that the new DNS information hasn't populated across the net yet, specifically the backbone that your provider uses.

Well I reset the modem and nothing...I'm hoping your right cause I'm negotiating a deal on some LR and sand but if I can't get on there to check my messages I might loose out.

Right this minute there are 1909 members online at RC. Maybe it's just something happening with your local server or whatever?

I can't think of why I'd be banned....
I hardly ever post there and when I do it's never anything that would cause any sort of trouble. Has to be something local.

I tend to not discuss politics simply because I don't know enough about them yet
I read all of Ninongs threads but get lost in the sauce pretty easily..

Well, I was able to get there as usual yesterday to read my PM's and such. I think Scott is right and it has something to do with DNS not filtering through your ISP yet. I had this happen to me here when we went through upgrade, for some reason my ISP was dragin its butt.
