The story broke in yesterday's Houston Chronicle but you can't read it today unless you're a subscriber, which is why I linked to the Guardian.

The Houston Chronicle follows both Halliburton and Enron like skink on you know what. I doubt you'll hear anything about it from Rush Bimbaugh or Bill O'Lielly.

Speaking about crooks and current events, I imagine Kenny Boy is meeting with his high-priced legal team right now to rethink his me-know-nothing defense in light of Bernie Ebbers' unseemly demise.
