Spring Time in MICHIGAN!

Last week it was 85! This week we had a WINTER STORM WARNING! So far about 10" has fallen, it is only sticking to the grass and trees and of course these:

Gotta love MICHIGAN weather!

I know Martin got hit in CO a couple weeks ago, but at least he lives at a higher elevation! GEESH, we are only 60 ft or so above sea level here!

I think ours is finally behind us. 80 last week and had sleet and a couple of snow flurries yesterday for Thunder Over Louisville. It's supposed to get back up to 65 tomorrow and up in the 70's later in the week.

Mike:

I didn't realize that you were from Michigan. I flew into Grand Rapids on Saturday, and left Sunday morning. I couln't believe the snow, at this time of the year. Thankfully, in Grand Rapids, it did'nt stick to the pavement, but I was not happy about clearing snow from my rental car in the morning (in late April - after a week of 80 degree weather in Philly).

Mike,

Those a GREAT pictures!!! (even if they aren't of fish/corals..... )

Very nice composition and use of color -- esp on the hyacinth (the first one for those who aren't up on their floral stuff...).

I really like the little droplets of water on the leaves. Thanks for posting them!

Thanks for the compliment Rebecca! I couldn't remember what the first ones were called, I am glad you reminded me!

Snow is ALL GONE now, actually it was gone yesterday, so I am glad I didn't wait to long to take these pictures!
