Maybe a real live human being should read these weather reports before they post them online?

Oh, good! The humidity has dropped from 70% to 63%, so the heat index is now down to only 259 F, according to the official weather bureau website:
Humidity:63 % Wind Speed:W 6 MPH Barometer:30.16" Dewpoint:108°F (42°C) Heat Index:259°F (126°C) Visibility:10.00 mi. P.S. -- The temperature is still a toasty 124 F.

It's still rather warm down here, even at midnight. At least it is if you believe the official NOAA weather site:
Hammond Municipal Airport Last Update on Nov 11, 12:17 am CST Fair 117°F (47°C) Humidity:65 % Wind Speed:N 3 MPH Barometer:30.16" Dewpoint:102°F (39°C) Heat Index:223°F (106°C) Visibility:10.00 mi. The 117 degrees Fahrenheit isn't so bad but when you factor in the 65% humidity, it gives you a heat index of 223 degrees F. That's pretty uncomfortable if you ask me.

I just checked both sites again and the MSN weather report says it's 72 F right now (which is correct) but the official NOAA weather site says it's 104 F right now, which is absurd.
