The Southern California Marine Aquarium Society (SCMAS) has two significant events coming up:

1. A do-it-yourself workshop and barbecue on July 8th. There will be demos on:

. . Making an automated water change system (up to 40 gallons in 3 minutes which includes removing and adding back the water)!

. . .Repairing/removing totally scratches from acrylic tanks BOTH inside and outside the tank (with water in it)!

The regular meeting of SCMAS on Friday, July 21st will be a discussion and recommendations for lighting a reef aquarium.
