Guess which American company is moving it's headquarters from Houston to Dubai, UAE?
HALLIBURTON!!! Halliburton hates America! DUBAI, United Arab Emirates - Oil services giant Halliburton Co. will soon shift its corporate headquarters from Houston to the Mideast financial powerhouse of Dubai, chief executive Dave Lesar announced Sunday. [...] "The chairman, president and CEO will office from and be based in Dubai to run the company from the UAE." [...] Lesar's announcement appears to signal one of the highest-profile moves by a U.S. corporate leader to Dubai, an Arab boomtown where free-market capitalism has been paired with some of the world's most liberal tax, investment and residency laws. [...] Federal investigators last month alleged Halliburton was responsible for $2.7 billion of the $10 billion in contractor waste and overcharging in Iraq. You can read the rest here. They're not just outsourcing jobs. They're outsourcing themselves, the company, to Dubai! It's obvious that Deputy Leader Dick's favorite company is doing this to save on taxes. After raping the American public via no-bid contracts they were awarded by Deputy Leader Dick and our own Brilliant Invincible Commander, they have decided the Mideast is the place to be. Why stay in the United States if you can move out of the country and save billions in taxes? P.S. -- Remember the uproar when Tyco moved it's corporate headquarters to Bermuda to save on taxes? Well, that was nothing compared to what's about to hit the fan over this move. This story is going to be BIG and EMBARRASSING for Deputy Leader Dick and his assistant, our own Brilliant Invincible Commander. I can't wait to see what the Democrats in the House have to say about this idea. This is going to be hilarious! P.P.S. -- Stanley Tools announced a few years ago that they were moving their corporate headquarters to Bermuda to save on taxes but the uproar from the public was so great (threats to stop buying their tools) that they changed their minds and decided to stay put in the U.S.

“This is an insult to the U.S. soldiers and taxpayers who paid the tab for their no-bid contracts and endured their overcharges for all these years,” said judiciary committee chairman Sen. Patrick Leahy, a Vermont Democrat.
Cheney will probably tell Sen. Leahy the same thing he told him on the floor of the Senate a couple of years ago. Deputy Leader Dick is such a classy guy.
