Smile Reefland on an iPod Touch

Hi All,

I recently obtained an iPod touch.

I have been playing with it for the past two weeks.

It is even usable as an internet browser:

Because the “MultiTouch” pan and zoom works so well, it lets you zoom in on the text to make reading comfortable, even with the overall device being as small as it is.

Even after being an electronic hardware engineer for the past 25 years, I am still very impressed by the engineering that went into this device.

Regards,

Scott

Smile Re: Reefland on an iPod Touch

Wozza,

Well they are not cheap, $399.00

But they (like the iPhone did) will be going down.

They do a decent job of playing movies as well.

I haven’t had to spend anything at the Itunes store yet, I have just been transferring some of my CD collection into it.

My biggest issue with it is keeping it clean. Being all “glass and chrome” it gets covered finger prints/skin oils. I end up wiping it down a couple times a day.

I wasn’t sure that 16GB was going to be enough storage, but I already have over 1500 songs on it and is just half full…

Regards,

Scott
