Hilarious stuff from FOX News...

Sometimes when I'm flipping through the channels I can't tell the difference between FOX News and Comedy Central.



FOX News has figured out why we have high gas prices: it's all Nancy Pelosi's fault.

P.S. -- And for lagniappe, Keith Olbermann awarded Bill O'Loufah another Worst Person in the World award for this hilarious bit of biblical history: "Go to Revelations in the Bible and look at the prediction for the end of the world. This was written, what, 5,000 years ago."

I'm sure all of Mr. O'Reilly's fundy Christian fans would be horrified to realize that their hero doesn't know when Jesus Christ lived and died. The Book of Revelation is the last book of the New Testament. The New Testament is about the life of Christ. It was written after his death. He died somewhere around 33 A.D. (C.E.). The Book of Revelation was written by St. John the Devine (John of Patmos) around 190 A.D. (C.E.). That's just a little over 1800 years ago, not 5,000 years ago! The Falafel King strikes out again!

FOX News Channel bimbo doesn't know the difference between Abu Dhabi and Apple Computer, or the difference between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

There was a hilarious incident this morning on FOX Business Channel. One of their airheads breathlessly read a news flash as it was scrolling across her teleprompter that "Apple is buying 8% of AMD." Immediately one of her colleagues chimed in that he expected something like this because it makes a lot of sense for both companies.

After a couple of minutes of mindless chatter, the first airhead started receiving signals from her director that they had it all wrong. "What's that? It's not Apple? It's Abu Dubai? The Arab people, Abu Dubai? All four of the FOX Business News geniuses then referred to Abu Dhabi as Abu Dubai.

Oh, well, it started with an "A."

The truth: The government of Abu Dhabi is buying an 8.1% stake in Advanced Micro Devices for $622 million.

Remember when Scooter Libby was convicted on four of the five counts against him?



FOX News reported it as "Scooter Libby found not guilty of lying to FBI investigators." They ignored the fact that he was convicted on four counts and instead reported as breaking news that he had been found not guilty of lying to FBI investigators without bothering to say that he had been found guilty on four counts.
