London is often called the Green City because of the parks it has. The planners of the city had always kept in mind the need for open spaces. The largest of these are the Royal Parks of Hyde Park and its neighbours Kensington Gardens and Holland Park Gardens. Regent's Park is a park located near the tourist attractions of Baker Street, where the fictional Sherlock Holmes lived, and Madame Tussauds Wax Museum is. Closer to central London are the smaller Royal Parks of Green Park and St. James's Park. Hyde Park in particular is popular for sports and sometimes hosts open-air concerts.
A number of large parks lie outside the city centre. Close to all these parks are the many restaurants which serve cuisine of different lands.
Restaurant London is famous due to the varied types of food which is available here. After a walk in the park it is great to visit one of these restaurants and watch the busy londoners going about their busy schedules. It is very relaxing if you are a foreigner and is able to find the food you are used to in this city.Put your mind to it and you will be able to find what you are looking for.
