Any Joggers? or fitness junkies?
I have always been a jogger just not real serious, until about 8 mos ago. I am now working my way up to 1/2 marathon status which is 13miles. I want to be ready to do this by this summer there is going to be a river run, and I want to be able to do atleast 13miles. I generally jog 3-5 miles everyday, every once in a while I miss a day but not often. I jog atleast 20 miles a week, and when im doing 3-5 nonstop im jogging about 10min/miles maybe a little faster, depending on if im juiced up on creatine or guarana
The most I have done is 8 miles nonstop, I usually do other workout too though so I dont think its gonna be a real problem me jogging 13miles nonstop but I have been slowly incrementing myself. Any tips would be appreciative, Im pretty familiar with alot of work-outs like HIIT etc, I also do speed bag, eliptical, stairclimbers, rowmachines, play raquetball, basketball, swim and other sports as much as I can to mix it up so it doesnt get too boring.Oh yeah I love to lift weights too...but w/my physique & the way I eat I tend to lean more towards cardio.

No Rocky, I don't jog, I just blow snow off my driveway in the winter and cut the lawn in the summer!!! Good luck man, 13 miles is what I drive every morning to get to work!!!
