Why put off today what you can ignore tomorrow?
We had a huge lightning storm up here yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately, one of my customers in Minden, NV took a direct hit and it "toasted" their PBX switch. This is a casino and hotel so I had to get out there yesterday immediately. Called in another Engineer and we were onsite until 4AM this morning. Got'em "limping" along, but there's still alot of work to be done. More lightning forecasted for today.

Hot you've got to be nuts I live in 2 of the hottest places in california.
Bakersfield reaches 104+ for mths at a time with highs in the 110 range. The second place I live and work @ is the Mojave Desert, nighttime lows never getting below 80 and daytime highs well over 120.
In a word: You damn straight;)
only if you consider 96 degrees with 73 % realtive humidity hot. I think the heat index today was 101to 105 degrees.
