Who has done it? How many jumps? Static or AFF or tandem? your experiences and pics appreciated. I have around 15 jumps in...I took a tandem and then it was over I WAS HOOKED! I spent every last dollar on skydiving for about 6 mos. and went from static line learning to AFF (accellerated free fall). I was 2 jumps away from being Certified and my last instructed dive I dislocated my shoulder in freefall
which more less put me into a nose dive position (basically I accellerated from 120mph to 180mph) I dislocated my shoulder right at 4000 and had it pulled back into socket and pulled my ripcord b4 I broke 2000 I havent been back up since then, which was about 8.5 yrs ago.....I been thinking about getting back into just doing static lines, but its been a while. When i stopped skydiving thats when I got into Scuba! Now I see ppl skydiving using snowboards..and RW has come to new bounds and leaps..Man that stuff is pure juice!

I skydived twice. Both jumps with pilot parachutes that pull the main one out after a few seconds. When I landed for the second jump, the grass was wet and my feet slipped out and I twisted my tailbone. It has been sore since then and probably will be forever. I probably will never go again. It just isn't worth the risk.
