File size
How can I change a jpeg file size? Right now it is 86kb and I need it to be about 33kb. Pixel size has to be 250 by 350 can anyone help?

need software
you'll have to open it up in photoshop or the like and change the compression. the 2 ways to vhange a jpegs file size are 1) change the reolution and 2) change the compression. jpeg compression is lossy, it discards what it considers irrelevent info to compress. you can change what it considers relevent with photoshop et al with a little slider bar. higher compression = lower image quality. your 3 variables are 1)image size 2)file size and 3)image quality. so if you want the same image size with a smaller file size you have to sacrifice image quality.
