I don't think the normal dish soap is gonna do the trick here. Do not forget to take the giblets out first.

I've been given the task of cooking the turkey this year.....
So.....
The instructions say to wash the turkey thoroughly after removing from the package.
So I put it on the lower rack, but my dishwasher has four cycles to choose from.
The "Normal Wash" cycle should be O.K. shouldn't it?
Oh.....And should I use the normal dishwasher soap, or is there a special "Turkey Soap" I should use?

Forgot to add that if you can find the turkey soap with butter in it, it will help the flavor when you actually get around to cooking it.
Don't stuff it before you wash it either!!![]()
