About LinkBacksIm looking to buy a kitten for my sisters, something special, any ideas on where to look? I would like to get it by the 8th of this month... how much would a "more than ordinary" kitten cost?
I've found three breeders so far, and have emailed them, but i suspect that their prices run in the $100'S
any help?

Try the newspaper. Sometimes they have free kittens in there.

Icemark, that cat was a stray in the first place, we never wanted it, but it wouldnt leave our house, it was our neighbors, but the moved, and "forgot" it... I assure you that no animal is mistreated in my house. I treated that cat the same way you would treat a squirel in your yard...
already looking the the newspaper, no luck...

Take a look at your local ASPCA/animal shelter. They have lots of kittens that need homes, and sometimes have "more than ordinary" breeds.
As a nation, you're faced with the choice of taking over the world or offering good eats at reasonable prices.

Mark, there's a thread over on Reefcentral about new england animal lovers, somebody up there is trying to give away 5 kittens because the father in law? Uncle? is going to shoot them next weekend if they are not gone. anyway, I'd try over there, the person said they'd deliver free in New England area..... JAT

i just wanted to say it would be great if you adopted.animals seem to "know",ime ,when youve rescued them from a situation like that and are always the best pets.
