BLOODY user names

What's with the bloody aura around our user names? If this artwork stays, I at least want mine to be purple, my favorite color.

I haven't seen one gross or morbid user name to date and I have been here from the begining.

The glow around the usernames is only seen through certain browsers. Netscape and old browsers will not show it.

I was thinking of Bugshead, not Bughead.

Well, I don't think I've ever been mistaken for a guy, but I can do a pretty good imitation of a middle class Brittish accent. From being a Monty Python nut, I suppose.

But what really amazes me is that there's someone else with a silly user name like Bughead/Bugshead. And his name, like mine, probably doesn't have anything to do with entomology.

I.E. for the Mac doesn't show it either.

I did not know that SHE was from England. Now the title sort of makes sense. When I see the word "bloody", I assume a scene with lots of blood or something really gory. I never understood the Brittish use of the word.

She didn't say she was from England. She said she watches a lot of Monty Python.

If she were from England, she wouldn't spell British with two t's.

Funny--that was just a jittery index finger and lack of proof reading--I really do know how to spell British.

Oh, and by bloody, I did mean red and gorey. The only British coloquialism I usually use is "p!ss off!".

My wife is from England, but there is no glow around my user name either (using the ever-popular OmniWeb browser, which can be had at www.omnigroup.com/applications/omniweb ).
