Me = 180 Pounds of Stupid!!!
ok, get this.... My dad bought me an iguana last week, and i am still trying to tame it. But he doesnt really want to cooperate unless it involves food. So I usually put some greens on my should and let him walk up my arm to get it. So after he started eating, i sat down and went to reefland.com and as soon as it loaded Grumpy looked up and saw my monitor, he ignored al the food and climbed down to the keyboard (I thought it was cute)
After a min or so of laying in front of the monitor, He decided to climb straight up the screen (if anyones ever seen this, then they know what Im talking about!!) after battling the monitor, he found that the top of it was quite warm, so he laid there. all is well! then I lead him back onto my arm, and he goes up my shoulder. I start toward the cage, and I guess he didnt want to leave just yet! so in one quick move, he leaps! I had enough time to turn around and scream "NOOOOOOO!!!!!" (Because I Have seen this one way too many times) with a thud he hits the floor and takes off! (I had never seen one go so fast!) I tryed to get him "STEVE ERWIN STYLE" but that didnt work, he ran to the PC, but found it hard to get up, he fantically scratched the CR@P out of my moms hard wood Knik Knak cabinet I went to get him, and he ran behind my PC, unplugged my monitor, then ran to the piranha tank, I ran as fast as I could after him, and barley stopped him from going in! Then He ran behind the couch, and then into the kitchen (which was very funny!) Ever see a lizard runnning on a newly polished tile floor? he slid all over the place! finally I through a towel over his head and its all over now! PPHHEEEWWW!!!!!! mark |

at least you didn't grab his tail as he jumped away! I had one years ago that I did that to.
 I was left holding the tail as the little guy scampered out my USAF dorm room door (I swear he turned and flipped me the bird before he hit the hallway) it was just a reation and I knew better. that was the last I saw of him. Allen

Im still laughing about that! After that episode, I named my Iguana Grumpy! My mom still hasnt noticed the scratches on the cabinet, so maybe I can blame it on my sister
