Have sent a few emails to you regarding an order however I never receive a response. Im not sure if my emails arent getting to you or if your just busy. However if possible please reply to my emails or post a message here.....Thanks

I apologize for the delayed responses to the questions, concerns and suggestions. I have recently accepted a new position which has pushed us to do some restructuring with our processes. We don't expect these delays to last much longer as our goal is to answer any query within 24hrs.
