President Bushs speech kicked a$$! Got me pumped up! He said all the "key" words I was waiting to hear. My favorite... " The hour is near, America will act and you will make us proud." referring to our military. I think I'll let him stay in my White House for awhile.

I thought he did an excellent job of covering all the bases. It was a stirring speech, extremely well delivered!

The president put it out there last night. I think if he continues to show strong leadership he can keep this country behind him. I for one have not been a dubya fan. But given his "resolve", and the fact that he appears very human to me now(he lacked this quality during his campaign), this is a leader I can stand with.

P.S. if the F.B.I. is looking at this let the president know America is with him. We are proud of the way our government has come together to handle this attack on our nation.

I am proud of the resolve and solidarity shown by all of our leaders. I agree that this threat MUST be removed, or we will live in fear forever.

Unfortunately, I heard this morning that the campus protests have already started. The protesters fell that we should sit down and negotiate with the terrorists. I pray that the campus movements don't sway the resolve of the world to rid our planet of this scourge and threat.

I detected some of these pacifist ideas when my daughter called from college this weekend. What she doesn't realize is that in war there are no innocents. Everyone will choose sides and let their military speak for them. When I choose to support President Bush and America, I am no longer an innocent. I am a fighter of terrorism, and if I am killed when I fly to Orlando this weekend for an air medical conference, I'll have died in battle.

Awesome speech I loved it I didn't care much for how Hillary Clinton was reaacting to it how she was barely clapping and the look of disgust she had on her face the whole time.. The local radio station Ninong you know this one.. AM 810 .. was bashing on her today she's getting tons and tons of criticism over it already..Dan

I think the president did a great job. We all know that he isn't the world's best speaker, but he really came through on this one.

Reinhold, hope your travels are safe. I was out west when the attacks occurred and was supposed to return on Wednesday. I finally got a flight on Saturday, and it was about the most nerve wracking experience of my life. Every time the plane twitched everyone jumped. I have never been bothered by flying, but this is different.
