Congrats man, our new house will be finished by late December, I hope! Any plans for a home theater room? I told my wife she could have the whole house to do with what she wants aslong as I get the basement for my theater

Congratulations man, I joined that club in June.

It's a great feeling owning a hoise, when I bought my first one with my ex-wife a few years ago, I dont' think the fact that we owned the house set in until we came home one afternoon to a crapped out AC unit, and realized we had to pay for it. hahahahahahaha.

But seriously, you house looks pretty new, so you should be in good shape.

I'llk tell you, After dealing with contractors and subs on getting the one I just bought remodeled, I'm thinking just let somebody else build/remodel the critter and buy it, definately less stressful.
