The Fellowship of the rings - got tickets?

I just logged off of fandango.com after purchasing movie tickets for 12/20 and 12/21 showings of 'The Fellowship of the Rings'.

I have to work tuesday and wednesday nights so an opening day showing was out for me. Anyone else got their tickets yet? I'm going to watch 'Spy Game' tonight so I'll have tickets in hand in about 40 minutes.

I get in free because my brother works at the movie theater, it'll be nice to see that movie hundreds of times on the big screen for free.......

Unfortunately no. It doesn't look like the Horizon Cinemas up here in SLT will be selling advance tickets. That's OK, I'll wait in line...something I haven't done since the original "Star Wars". I just hope they have a midnight show opening day.

I wouldn't have minded waiting in line, had I not seen the result of the 'Harry Potter' mania that swept through here. People were waiting in line for tickets only to realize that shows were sold out, due to advanced ordering, for two weeks down the road. I wasn't going to risk that, so I bought my tix as soon as I could.
