Sooo... does this mean that Nebraska, that didn't even win its own division in the Big 12 Conference, that was stomped 62-36 last week by Colorado, that has an identical record to Colorado and a worse record than Oregon, will go to the Rose Bowl ranked #2 in the country to play Miami for the "National Championship?"

You might as well send Florida on the basis that they just barely lost their last game.

Thumbs up

Next year Florida wins the whole ball of wax.

Rex Grossman will shock the world.

The Heismann was a joke also...

GEAUX TIGERS!!!!

I was rooting for LSU the whole time, I hate Tennessee (sorry UT fans, nothing personal.)

Well, Ninong, Looks like I may be coming close to you for the Independance Bowl, Shreveport. I know it's like four hours north of Baton Rouge, or something ridiculous like that, but, hey, at least I'll be in LA, Right?

Actually, Nebraska has a better record with only one loss and Colorado has 2. Texas kicked their butts thoroughly earlier in the season and if Simms hadn't had a total meltdown b4 Applewhite(one of my favorite college players of all time) stepped in, Texas would've beat 'em again. Colorado has 2 losses though. Interesting thought: What if Nebraska shocks Miami and beats 'em, thereby strengthening Colorado's strength of schedule enough to move the Buffalo's ahead of Nebraska in the polls? Nebraska is currently only ahead of Colorado by .005 of a point....... BCS is really weird.

And for the record, I think Texas would rip Nebraska a new one if they played each other.....
