The tropicorium is the place. I am going next friday after work to pick out some clams. They are suppposed to be getting in a shipment of various sizes and grades. I am in search of a green T. maxima and a Blue T. maxima ultra's. I have tried all over this town and nobody has been able to get them. Marcus at the Fish Doctors has been on the look out for a month for us. I will certainly post pics after christmas, my father-in-law got me a digital camera (my wife slipped and told me). Maybe we can meet you out at the tropicorium sometime? Brian it is so worth it too. They have thing that you wont find anywhere else. The green mushroom we got is no longer collectable in the wild but they have been propogating them for years now. The ricordia is sweet, they have all colors. Another guy to check out is sps guy. Check the animal selling dept on reefcentral.com he is there and is local.
See ya, MROK12(Mike) ![]() |

Mike- thanks for the invite! I would love to meet you guys up there sometime. Are you going on Friday the 21st or the 28th? Let me know. I gotta be honest, I'm a little afraid to go to this place.... I've been known to spend all of my money on this hobby
but hey that's what it's all about right? in fact I was at Fish Dr. in Ypsilanti last night but they didn't have much for corals. I think if I go to Tropicorium it will be all over for me. I'll buy everything in sight. If you find that clam you're looking for, it's going to look incredible in your tank! and then you can take pics of it with your new cam and share them with all of us! I'm jealous, I want a sweet looking clam and a digi-cam later ~B
