golfish -you moved it eh,it didnt last 5 minutes in the reefs section, sorry for putting it there ,but to tell the truth i hoped it would last till morning, then more peolpe probly would have seen it

pa is just not on top of things.i placed an order on sunday, was told they were out of one of ,my items monday ,i asked them to drop it and ship it,get another email on tuesday ,they are out of another one of my items but they can have it wed they could hold and ship then if i want since it is evening before i get home to reply they just didnt ship ,so thursday i email them to ask if it has been shipped -they say "oh you must have not got my email and sent me the first email saying they were out of the first item-i mail them back and try to straighten it out -but i get no response so late last night i sent them a kinda nasty email and told them to cancel my order, this morning i awoke to an email saying my order would be here today-it was shipped wed.so now i had to be home to recieve it and i really needed a little more notice so i could make time for it.thats two orders ive had hassles with from them in a row,im done with them .

LMAO

FWIW Organic, I too have had a few problems w/ PA lately....but they have fixed them....I dont know if u guys saw but they had a special on PH monitors....So i bought one....and spent 2 hrs the other nite tryin 2 calibrate the thing and the 4,10 dial was all messed up....So I emailed them and told them my situation.....well they tried to tell me that it could be my ballast sending out electrical waves throwing off the monitor....I told them I was calibrating it in the kitchen which was over 20' away from my ballast....anyway they are sending me a brand new one....but jason did try to pawn the problem off onto the manufacturers of the ph monitor....emailed me the toll free number. I have no beef w/them now...They always make it right!

I think I would have used the telephone if possible before things got that out of hand.
I've had a few problems but Jason has alway came thru with flying colors.

Since I live there, he had me a little worried too.

From my experience it is much easier to communicate w/ PA through email.....at least if you want to talk to Jason! But like I said....Jason has NEVER let me down!

Ouch! I think I would be a little ragged about getting empty shells.
I ordered a bunch of snails and hermits before it got too cold. By the next day I lost about 15 hermits but I got 70 cerith snails instead of the 50 I ordered so I figured I broke even.
When I used the phone I never had trouble with anyone I talked to. My last order was first placed over the phone which worked out fine.
I hate those mystery hermits.
