Minnesota: Hockey's National Champions!!!

The Golden Gophers of Minnesota, my beloved med school, won the national championship last night in overtime, defeating Maine 4-3.

The Gophers were behind 3-2 with 50 seconds left in the game when they tied it up and forced the overtime.

The coolest thing? Every player on Minnesota is from Minnesota, except for one who is from Grand Forks, ND, a border town.
