A buddy cop freind of mine emailed this to me the other day, and I thought I would share it with you guys.
I was going to bed the other night when my wife told me that I had left the light on in the shed and she could see from the bedroom window. As I looked for myself, I saw that there were people in the shed taking things. I phoned the police, but they told me that no one was in this area to help at this time, but they would send someone over as soon as they were available. I said OK, hung up, and waited one minute, then phoned the police back. "Hello. I just called you a minute ago because there were people in my shed. Well, you don't have to hurry now cause I've shot them all." Within five minutes there were half a dozen police cars in the area, an Armed Response unit, the works. Of course, they caught the burglars red-handed. One of the officers said: "I thought you said that you'd shot them!" I replied with "I thought you said there was nobody available!" |

OMG!
In this day and age, sometimes you have to go to the extremes to get anything done.
They are there to serve, so I think your buddy did nothing wrong. - Elmo ![]() |

geez! I will tell you how it is down here.
When my friend Andrew got shot last time (in the arm), he was on the sidewalk shouting at me to call him an ambulance. His bodyguard shot one of the bandidos in the face (under an eye), Andrew shot the other guy 14 times. He says he had to make sure. ..Actually he got shot when he was running across the street to take cover and was reloading at the same time. Anyways, when I got there it was all over. I made sure both bad guys where dead and called an ambulance for my friend. When I told them that he got shot, they first asked if they where still shooting, because if so, I should call back when they finished. Too risky they said. I then asked the operator if she could tell the police to come to the same place, she said I had to make the call myself because they would want to ID me. So I call the cops and tell them that my friend and his bodyguard killed two bad guys in a shooting, and that I needed them to come over to the scene. The officer on the phone asks me how long it would take us to get to A and B street, because there were two units who needed backup. I told him we were no cops, he said he knew, but it didn't matter, they needed backup anyways and could use a couple of good shooters! No joking, that's Argentina today. The crime rate is alarming now, it used to be a very peaceful place. Two years ago, only 4 federal cops were shot per year in the whole country (37 million people). Last year the stats passed the 72 dead officers line (in only one year, compared to 4 KIA before!) This year we didn't finish the first semester, and the count is over 35 already. Last week a 14 year old kid shoots a cop in both arms, and pushes him back. The officer is on the floor, wounded on both arms, begging for his life and tells the teenager that he has 4 kids, all younger than 10. The teenager gets closer, opens the bullet proof vest of the cop, and shoots him in the heart. He just walks away, as if nothing happened. Five blocks from there he sees a patrol car, he throws the gun on the sidewalk and puts his hands on the head. he starts to shout: I'm unarmed, I'm underage, you can't shoot me!! The cops arrest the kid, they call his parents to pick him up, the judge sets him free right away because the institutions for minor are too crowded. So his parents have the 'custody' of this murder until the trial day. A cold blooded underage murderer is on the streets again. They call it 'human rights' here. There is no death penalty in Argentina. Joaco |
