As a Floridian voter, I am crushed by your suggestion.

I never voted before today!

Had I voted yesterday, I would have had my vote visible instantly.
This being a board policy decision, I would have then been wide open to heated accusations in Tagalog about influencing votes.

I don't believe anyone has accused Floridians of voting more than once (not lately anyway). They have accused them of not knowing how they voted and not being able to count the votes.
