Evidently he is unaware of the fact that corporations, as well as individual corporate officers, can be held liable for criminal acts. He incorporated himself on Nov. 7th. so that he could murder a cop on Nov. 19th. with what he assumes is immunity.

I've always been a firm advocate for the death penalty for incorporated entities.
