If you were misled by my thread on "The King," then you probably think this is about Dwight Gooden: http://www.sfgate.com/columnists/fiore/ (P.S. 12/17/02 -- Looks like they change the cartoon every week or so. It's not about Dr. K. anymore.

Ironically, my favorite quote of Dr. K is: "It is when you stop being paranoid, that's when they get you."
Ironically, because if you didn't always harbor a sneaking suspicion that our fair leaders knew at the very least a little bit more than they claimed to know in advance about the 11 Sept attrocities, who better to appoint to raise suspicion then Henry Kissmyassinger? This was followed the next week by passage of the homeland security bill containing the section absolving Eli Lilley from any and all lawsuits brought by parents of autistic children against the company that knowingly used mercury as a preservative in excess of the concentrations deemed safe by the CDC, FDA, etc. Just to make sure there was no reason for any suspicion whatsoever, Bush also ordered all of the pending court records sealed. Now I am not a proponent of the autism/vaccine connection, and I am also not a proponent of Sept 11th conspiracy theories, but you have to admit all of this does seem just a tad suspicious... WTF? ![]() |

Looks like Henry is going back into hibernation.
Yesterday George Mitchell resigned over conflicts with Kissinger and today Kissinger resigned rather than reveal his secret client list. Don't forget, in order to be accepted by his firm a client must sign a secrecy agreement promising to never reveal that they are actually clients. Let's see, Harvey Pitt's available now. ![]()
