Just so you know where this is coming from.... My wife is over somewhere in the middle east, and i am looking for all the support and help i can get for her unit or any other!
I do not really support the war or think its a good idea, but our people are over there and we nedd/should help support them!

If you know any one in the military, help them out.. send them food, magazines, anything thing non parishable.....
I have spoken to my wife since she has left, and was told that food is scarce where they are at and to please send what i can, as often as I can.
If any one of you would like to donate non parishable items to our airforce, if you dont know anyone..... i would love to give you the address of where she is at...... you can put notes in the boxes for her to disperse all items to others!
I will be sending her all she needs.. but there are others that may not be so fortunate. so if you can help our , mothers, fathers, daughters, sisters, husbands, our american heros, please let me know!
Even if you just want to send a letter of encouragement or thanks, that would help out a great deal also!!!!!!!

I totally agree it is important to draw a distinction between Bush's foreign "policy" and the people stuck with carrying it out.

At risk of sounding paranoid, is it a good idea for the military personnel to be accepting food items from people they don't know, especially with the concern of biological warfare?
