Awesome Stand did you build a matching canopy while you were at it?

We are building it. It will be 14 inches tall. The reason is to accomodate 2 7 gallon surge tanks. I am going to cycle them 30-45 seconds apart. I will still use a closed loop too but I thought this was a great idea.

I am runnning a mag 36 as a return also. The surge devices will hopefully add randomness to the current. I am also setting this tank up with a cryptic and semi cryptic after the refugium tank.

You got any pictures of it stained up Mike? If I recall in another thread you stated you were working on staining it now. I'd love to see the finished product!

Regards,

Looks good Mike!

Do you have water in it now or is that just dry sand in there?

Glad you finally made it in, drop me a PM when you get a minute.

Nice looking setup. How do you access your canopy lights? I would love to see some pics.

Thanks!

As you requested...I now have reflectors (spider) in the hood. I lost way to much light without them. I am putting a vlue background on the tank also to decrease light lost through the back. I still have one more 400 going in on the right side. I will put in on when I change tanks.
