Looking For Diy Protien Skimmer For My 5 Gal Tank. Any Recommendation?

Search your LFS's for something called a Picollo skimmer they are fairly cheap shouldnt be more than 30bux and you will need an airstone and airpump. If you have a skilter or some type of overflow box chances are it will fit right inside the overflow box, these are really slick little skimmers for nanos. HTH
