My 3rd greenhouse

I will edit this thread and add on to it as needed pertaining to my time restraints. I do ask that anyone that reads this and likes/uses any of it please add to it some worth by also sharing your knowledge in this area as well

My 1st greenhouse thread

My 2nd greenhouse thread

Now to pic up where I left off after the hurricane damage.

Right after the hurricane.

The attached files now show the updates.

First pic the blue raceways from Aquatic Eco
Second pic hitch pin clips used to anchor the cement to the sidepost
Third pic cement filled into a sidepost hole

Thanx to Chuck aka Samper for coming down to help out

More pics

The arches and top should be going on today as well, I just wanted to make sure I had my tanks up and running first

Tanks are 8' long raceways 24" wide and 12" deep. But for reference and Rick ;-) Here are the outside measurements. Length: 8' 4.5" Width 28.5" Height: 11.5" These tanks where bought at Aqatic Eco systems for $126.00 each. Here is the link

Hi Rocky,
Those are awesome! Too bad you live so far away I could fill both of those with frags in a couple of hours
They look like they are the perfect size for growout tanks. I might have to pick up a couple of them myself.
Can't wait to see how you progress.

Regards,
Kevin

Glad to see you going at it again,Rocky. Good luck with everything bro!

My next trip to Florida is scheduled for fall of this year, hopefully I can get away this time and chip in with some labor, if you'll have some left that is.

Thanks Guys

Martin,
dont worry bout it bro, all is good

Chuck,
Yeah it levelled out after I got back from the airport, the Dolphin 4500 takes a long time to balance out flow levelling vs the Dolphin 3000. I still dont have the 4500 all the way open on the output side, its only about 3/4 of the way open

Chuck helped me level the post and put up the bows now I have to connect them w/ a long pole then put on the crner braces (that I never had on the GH that charlie took ) Hoping to do that tommorow before work. Will prolly order my glazing tommorow too from www.cpenterprise.com

Hehehe....dont tempt me! Elmo I know you prolly have Joyce Wilkersons book, but have you checked out any of Martin Moes books on breeding fish?
Just wanted to know if you get a different scope of things, Im sure you do moe has some good stuff.

But seriously, though dude I will totally take 2 of those fish once my 75g is ready if you still have two when its cycled. I would be totally honored bro. I really am afraid to try breeding fish cuz I can see where it would be totally addictive....Like corals doesnt do that to me as it is ?!

Also I have some hardwared that I had to order for the greenhouse as well as tents that I grouped together in the same order for ease and cost. I will post as soon as I get time....this summer is going to be VERY busy for me, not to mention that Hurricane season started yesterday and I have been rebuilding my two generators and getting prepped for that as well.

Re: My 3rd greenhouse

Everything here is great. My son is growing like a weed.
I will pass the word around on your green house stuff. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you with the next one or your home tank. Shoot me an email whenever you get a chance. Good to hear from you.
