Frag plugs, what do you use?

Here are some possible other uses of plugs not on the poll:

Ceramic tiles
Fluval bio-media pieces
GARF plugs
plastic bolt
Acrylic plates

I use shells and LR rubble but voted for shells...very cheap....very natural.

Yeah I agree...very natural and good if you are doing it just for you or a little bit of trading here and there...but to mass market frags it makes more sense to use something thats not natural.

LR Rubble here. It is easy to get and it just makes sense being natural and all.

I also use LR rubble. It is cheap, and I seem to have a constant supply.
