Does anyone know how to make FAKE coral or where to find info on how to make FAKE coral? I'd like to try and make the stuff they sell at the LFS that cost so much buy looks real.

If I was gonna do it I would get a skeleton of what I wanted to replicate then make some type of mold around it that I could peel of after it drys then use the mould to pour your new fake coral It appears to be some type of rubber/plastic that they make that fake coral with.

I would be real carefull with the kind of material you use some materials contain toxic chemicals that would kill fish if introduced into a tank, definately no petrolium based product, might look cool and jiggle neat out of the water but a death sentance in the water
