Fish feeding issues part deux.

Finally everything is in place. Had issues with suppliers, consulted attorneys and all sorts of stuff for such a simple idea. I have two adresses from members that are interested and those are going out tomorrow. If you would like a free one let me know your email, I have to set a deadline for Wed evening. All that I wan,t from you all that get one, is a little feedback and spread the word. Thanks.

John I personally want to thank you for your time on this. Me being one of the persons that is going to try it out will definately critique it to the bone for you as I have a situation with my feeding. You never know! many people have started out like this and turned their invention into something very big. I do wish you the best of luck cuz Im almost sure that your doing it just as much or more for the love of the hobby than the money.

John,

Got my feeder in the mail the other day....SWEEET! Only thing is that its a tad bit big, what is it like 2"? Since my tank is only 28g hex, I think I might be ok with something like a 1/2" or 3/4" model and I like the idea of possibly adding removable caps to the bottom with different size drilled holes in it, the reason I say this is that bigger fish can eat bigger food and smaller fish need smaller food, I use frozen prime reef cubes, and I put just one cube in a small (2.5 oz) tupperware w/ some water to defrost and I feed my 2 clowns maybe 1/4-1/5 of a cube a day, however the problem I have is that sometimes there are chunks that are too big that end up not getting eaten and the holes would catch the bigger chunks. FWIW I have a bunch of small aiptasias starting to pop up in my tank and I have a good feeling its because of these bigger chunks falling into my tank

Got my feeder as well. I agree with everything that Rocky has mentioned.

1. It's a little big.
2. I would like to see the bottom of it have a cap with some different size holes in it.
3. The edges are a little rough, some sanding or routed edges would be nice.

I have already thought about all of this.

1. Did not really know where to start for the size. But I am taking a look at something smaller.

2. I am already looking at the cap issue as well.

3. I know the edges are a little rough, the best I can do is sand them.

Thanks for the input. Keep me posted on everything so that I can make it better.

Any more feedback or comments? I have not been working on it here lately as I have had some personal issues taking a lot of my time but I am focusing on it now.
