I really want the aesthetics and benefits from having some macro in my tank. After coming up with simple, yet complicatd ideas, I have settled on one and would like some input for it. I will take a fine mesh plastic bag, were the holes are large, and make sacks from it. The material will be cut into circles, or perhaps a cross, then the macro will be placed in it and the ends securd to either a small piece of rock to lay at the bottom or a suction cup to be higher in my tank. How does that sound?

just rember it grows fast needs flow and light
can you put it in your sump and add a ligth
if you dont have a sump they sell hang on fuge
ebay has them with reo 800 from 30$-50$ depending on if you want a pump or not

Also remember that you are probably going to have to harvest this occasionally. If I remember correctly, this is going to be a fish only system, correct me if I am wrong!!
Everytime you harvest this, you release toxins into the system, so you might want to run some carbon around harvest time!!!
