I have a 65 gallon aquarium but have a 4 foot long light that I want to incorporate on to my aquarium. I would prefer it to be enclosed. How would you do this and still look good?

Type of light
It is a 4 foot T-5 sun system. It has 4 bulbs. The aquarium also has a skimmer on the side of the tank so the hood would have to tall enough that the skimmer would fit into it, seaclone 100

dimensions
the tank is 2 inches from the wall the skimmer is 5 inches tall, the tank is 3 feet long, light is 4 feet long, the light is 8.5 inches wide. I also have a pipe in each corner of the back approx. 1.5 diameter. I can move the skimmer where ever it would need to go so I can fit it underneith. I would probably like it to sit on the tank with access through the top since i am in an apartment.
