54 Gallon Corner Refugium

Hello everybody,

New to the forum here. Just looking to see of anybody here already has what I am looking to get. I have a 54 Gallon Corner tank (bow front) I want to build a refugium under the tank. However, I am very limited to space. Does anybody here have or know somebody who does have a refugium set up under a 54 Gallon corner? If so, could I get some pix and some measurements?

I used one of those hang on refugiums on my 54 corner. If you have the same stand that I did, I agree, the space is very limited. Do you have the option of setting something up next to the tank?

A 10 gallon would probably fit under the tank but I don't think that leaves much room for anything else. This is of course assuming you don't already have a sump under it.

The actual "under cabinet" space I have to work with is 18 1/2" x 12" x 15" h
I do not have anywhere to put the refugium outside of the stand (next to, overhead, etc) Under the tank is my only option. Right now I have a wet/dry under the tank, but it is simply a sump and I put some Poly Foam and some MicoPoly in once in a while. My plan is to take out the wet/dry and install the refugium in it's place.

I don't think your going to have room for anything more than a 10 gallon sump.

I just set one up...10 gallon JUST fits in there for my sump..I mean its tight!
