Can anyone recommend a source for quality glass hole saws? I can find plenty of cheap ones, but can't imagine they'd cut more than a hole or two before being useless. What about bits that could drill 20-30 or more holes before being useless?

i have done custom glass work for 6 years.. so here is were recomend... sommer and maca.... they are in nj.. and ship fast.. or you can go there.. they are a glass industry supplt house.. good bits are not cheap.. $100+ for real good ones.. each... but last for years.. diamond laced...

From a standard cheapie drill you shuold expect to punch at least 10-20 holes unless you are running it too hot or presuring it and tearing the diamonds off it... And a small bit of tooling coolant as opposed to straight water does wonder on their life, And as always....Slow and easy! let the bit work itself, never force it.
