Hey Mc,
Found this:
Marine Aquarium Log Template
But if I am not mistaken, I think you can download our aquarium log, then print it out. I am not sure about that, you would have to contact Reefland, Scott, and see what he says.
Hi.
This is my first post here and I've used the search function but couldn't find what I was looking for.
I see that there is an online Aquarium Log here but I want to make a paper one that I can carry with me to my LFS and write notes/questions in when the mood strikes me.
Here's some information I'm adding to it:
-water testing results
-maintenance
-inhabitants (noting changes in health, new additions, and what didn't work or survive)
I'm going to have an area that is blank for anything I want to note. There will also be indexes for equipment, questions, wish lists.
What am I missing. I'm very new and my tank is just now in its cycle, nothing in it yet besides living rock and living sand.
Thanks~

Thanks so much for the reply. I came up with one based on some of the different information that I have found.
I actually made my own log, and if I leave town, it goes right wit me.

Online is great but writing it down on the ancient pen and paper has its benefits too
