Okie, I contacted ecoxotic too on the advice of a fellow reefer. I don't like canopies so my whole retrofit idea is kind of out the window. Anyhoo, they told me that they have some sort of combo unit coming out in November that includes the stand and wall mounts. From my short math, it seems pricey as all helll (like $500 or so per kit) but after putting in a T5 and paying the electric bill for it, it might pay off. Also...I heard EcoTech put out a LED kit too but I know nothing about it (Radion or something). Its on their site, but I haven't done much research yet. What I do know is they are made from Crees which I see a load of people DIY.

If you do any more research, let me know what you think.

It's sweet and there are a ton of bells and whistles which make it even nicer to integrate w/ existing EcoTech equipment. I decided today I am going w/ ecoxotic... I got ordered two stands today - pretty pricey but I can't hang anything over the tank due to the TV being right behind it. In a few weeks I will get the wall mounts and start the lighting build
